NAICS code is also a must to fill in your application form. Find the code on a website like NAICS.com. NAICS codes are self-assigned, meaning that you can take out the codes that fit much to your business rather than one that is assigned to you.

Similar to using application form 2483, using application form 2483-C also requires you to enter your business EIN, TIN, or SSN. EIN stands for Employer Identification Number.
