Applicant must also input the year of his business establishment. Year establishment is the year when you start operating your businesses.
NAICS code is also a must to fill in your application form. Find the code on a website like NAICS.com. NAICS codes are self-assigned, meaning that you can take out the codes that fit much to your business rather than one that is assigned to you.
Similar to using application form 2483, using application form 2483-C also requires you to enter your business EIN, TIN, or SSN. EIN stands for Employer Identification Number. TIN stands for Taxpayer Identification Number. Meanwhile, SSN stands for Social Security Number. These can be found on the tax returns. However, if there is any problem finishing this step, you may follow the IRS’s steps.
Don’t forget to enter your contact information, too. In this part, you can provide your name, business phone and email address of your primary contact for the application. This contact information will be the ones where the communications are directed to.
